Paradise Oasis Real Estate Brokers (POREB) is a leading provider of professional real estate services in the United Arab Emirates and is part of the Paradise Group Company .

Paradise Group was first established in 1990 as a trading company involved in the sale of heavy machinery as well as after-sales support. During the 1990s Paradise Group began developing residential and commercial properties in prominent areas of Tehran, including Northern Iran.

 

The Paradise Group began operations in the UAE in 2002, trading heavy machinery in UAE, KSA and Oman, with a portfolio of over one hundred clients in the Middle East.

 

As a natural extension of its local operations, the Group established Paradise Oasis Real Estate Brokers (POREB) in 2006 under the management of Mr. Masoud Assili who with over 10 years experience in UK Estate Agencies now leads a team of professionals responsible for property marketing and consultations in Canada, Dubai, Germany, Iran, Poland and UK.

 

Paradise Oasis now operates as an international real estate brokerage and consultancy service, providing complete real estate solutions. Our property consultants deliver authoritative and comprehensive advice, equipped with an understanding of both local and international real estate markets. We are affiliated to more than 50 RERA approve developers in UAE.

I have been living in the UK for most of my life and completed my studies there. I moved to Iran and three years ago made the decision to move to Dubai. As an avid traveler I have been exposed to many cultures and cities, none more heartening than the UAE.


UAE Property Market

I don’t think there has ever been a better time to  live and invest in the UAE.

We live in a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment. In the early days UAE freehold areas were limited and the lucky few who did invest, enjoyed huge profits.

Recently imposed rules and regulations have helped standardize real estate practices and magnetise UAE’s international appeal as a safe haven for ideal living and lucrative investment opportunity. The introduction of Escrow Account - a system designed to protect off plan investors, and ID cards for real estate agents affiliated to the government body RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) aim to create transparency and protection to cleints.

We aim to keep up with the pace of change by offering quality real estate services that provide a well-grounded knowledge of the market as well and excellent after sales service.
